Pasture Raised Beef
Our grass fed and finished cows are raised on pasture and rotated regularly to ensure we’re taking care of them and the land. They’re never fed GMOs or growth hormones, given antibiotics, or grazed on artificial pesticides. They roam over the hills delighting in the ocean breeze and grazing to their hearts’ content on coastal grasses. Our practices create the highest quality and flavorful beef for you to enjoy.
Pasture Raised Lamb
We care for our lambs from birth, raising them on our coastal pasture with lots of sunshine, fresh air and clean water creating the healthiest and most delicious lamb possible. We’re proud to offer our high-quality product for your family-- healthy animals feeding healthy people.
Pasture Raised Pork
Our pigs are raised happy and healthy; pasture raised, plenty of room to roam and forage, with access to sun and fresh air. Our lovely pasture raised pork comes from healthy pigs in a natural habitat where they can graze and root; which directly impacts the quality—both flavor and composition—of the pork.
Farm Fresh Eggs
Our humanely-raised, pastured hens forage freely in open fields and overnight in the comfort of colony-style houses just like our great-great grandfather Adolph raised them. Small flocks are positioned around the ranch to maximise their access to fresh air, sunshine and all the grass and bugs the hens can eat. In the late summer and fall, the chickens indulge in wild blackberries, windfallen heirloom apples and heritage pears from the old orchards on the ranch. Our heritage-proven practices result in a difference you can taste.
Pasture Raised Chicken
Our chickens are raised as naturally as possible. They have the luxury of open space with bugs and grass for foraging which produces healthy, happy chickens. You can taste the difference in quality!
